Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and uninstalled.

Installed parts are not returnable. If a part is defective, that is handled as a warranty claim, case by case.

Special-order and electrical parts are not returnable.

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

On change of mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. On defective, damaged, or wrong items, we cover shipping both ways.

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or wrong, you choose a replacement or a refund. Send us photos before shipping anything back, and we will inspect the item when it arrives before issuing the refund.

Refunds go to the original payment method and usually take 5-10 days.
